Mastery through Mentorship

Do you feel stuck?

At some point, we all realize dental school only carried us so far. Maybe you’ve been eager to do veneers but get a little skittish about treatment planning them because you’ve never done one before. Maybe an All-on-4 case came your way and you wished you had someone to walk you through it. Or maybe you love the idea of a feather-edge gold crown but still default to the chamfer you know and trust.

If you’re ready to grow beyond single-tooth dentistry, build confidence with more complex cases, or finally find the mentorship you never received after graduation, this program was designed with you in mind.

What is MCM?

Master Clinician Mentors is a one-year, 12 CE program built for capable generalists ready to think, plan, and treat like a master clinician. We meet once a month in small, highly interactive, study-club–style sessions, each focused on practical, real-world problem-solving.

What makes us different?

  • Two women sitting across from each other at a small table, having a conversation by a large window showing a cityscape background.

    One-on-One Mentorship

You’ll be paired with a master clinician who will serve as your dedicated mentor.

  • Dentist showing X-ray on a monitor to a young girl patient in a dental office.

    Hands-on Collaboration

Bring your cases to the group and work through treatment planning with both peers and your mentor.

  • A healthcare professional wearing blue gloves reviewing dental and radiology images of a patient's mouth and jaw on a tablet screen.

    Case Support

When a challenging case lands in your schedule, you’ll have an immediate resource to call, text, or email for guidance

“‘Master Clinician’ was the term my mentor revered above all others. He believed, as I do, that it signified more than someone with good hands and technical prowess - but a way of thinking, treating, and relentless pursuit of comprehensive excellence” - JI
